Lace Doily Candle Holder: Made by soaking doilies in Wallpaper Glue, Sugar or Starch to form doilies around a Balloon. For more permanency, use Fabric Stiffener such as Stiffy. Dry, Prick the balloon and remove! I LOVE this!
